Empire Escapes is a boutique short term property rental company managed by the Umur Family. It offers travelers unique and luxurious stays in sought-after destinations up and down the East Coast. Established in 2022, Empire Escapes provides a curated property portfolio designed to blend comfort, style and convenience, making each getaway memorable for our guests.

Our very first property was launched in Mount Holly, Vermont near Okemo Mountain Resort in August of 2022. Vermont had been a favorite winter destination for our family for many years and after purchasing our home there, it's now a favorite year round destination for our friends and family.

We welcome snow bunnies in the Winter, hikers and explorers in the Spring and Summer and leaf peepers in the Fall. The Green Mountain State has become an increasingly popular destination for a rustic New England getaway and is just gorgeous no matter what season you visit.
The Sandpiper

Along the Emerald Coast of Florida is the lively scenic town of Miramar Beach. The fine white sand and crystal blue water in this section of the Florida pan handle make Miramar Beach a sought after vacation destination. It's popular with Snow Birds in the winter and Spring Breakers in March and April but our favorite time to visit is in early fall when the temps are more mild and the beaches less crowded.

Located just 30 miles north of NYC, is the idyllic New England town of Greenwich, CT. Here you can enjoy the slower pace of suburban life with access to pools and beaches along the Long Island Sound or be in the heart of the city in less than an hour by car or train.
